Description
Saffron is hand picked from the stigmas of crocus flowers, and it’s backbreaking work. But you get the best possible quality. From the heartland of La Mancha in Spain this grade one saffron is amongst some of the world’s finest.
The threads are long and generously proportioned. The range of colour is from an orange-yellow base, to an intense red centre through to the upper part of the saffron trumpet.
